There are many modes of space heating on the market, but all of them suffer from one drawback or the other. Electric Underfloor Heating is a radical breakthrough in space heating. This is the most modern, most efficient, safest and healthiest, maintenance-free, and longest-life mode of space heating.
Specially designed and made (imported from Denmark) Underfloor Heating Cables, which are a type of self-regulating heating cables, are laid on the raw floor base (PCC or RCC) boxed up in a block of screeding with appropriate insulation. The final floor is laid over the screed block.
The entire area to be heated is divided into smaller parts based on usage (viz. bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, etc.) and each part is provided with a separate installation with its own power supply and temperature control (Thermostat). This rationalizes power consumption and allows flexible part or full usage.
When heating is required, the power is switched on, the required temperature is set on the Thermostat, and the installation does the rest. You get extremely comfortable, cozy warmth, uniform all over the area, the weather condition outside notwithstanding.
The best of best experience of enjoying cozy warmth that touches your soul.
Uniform heat all over the area, leaving no cold spots in your room.
Completely safe operation, hidden securely beneath your floor finish.
No interaction with the room air, no oxygen consumption, no foul smells.
Intelligent cables naturally adapt output to maintain the perfect environment.
Highly efficient - Runs on the least amount of power consumption possible.
Just fit once and forget. The heating will keep performing, year after year.
Heating Cables guaranteed for 20 years but they perform long beyond.
The minimum ambient outdoor temperature in harshest weather conditions, which in turn depends on the geographical location of the site. This decides the heating intensity required in the system.
The insulation is also decided in the light of the ambient conditions, ensuring optimal heat retention and system efficiency based on the local climate.
The final floor finish proposed. Wooden and PVC floors require slower heating, while tiles and stones can be heated fast with higher heating intensity.
The furniture layout in the area. Areas that are covered by furniture which is less than or up to 4 inches above the floor, are excluded from the heating installation.
Note: Different considerations apply when the heating installation is for purposes other than human comfort viz. Pipe protection, Antisnow Systems, Heave Frost protection systems etc.
